What is the basis for YRU sizing?

- YRU sizing is listed in women's US sizing, unless specifically listed as men's.

May I return/exchange an item or order?

What is the status of my order?

Our order processing and handling time is 3-7 business days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-10 business days for INTERNATIONAL orders. Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays. 

I didn't receive my order confirmation email. Is something wrong?

- Please be sure to check spam/junk/promotional email folders, as the email may have landed there. 

Are YRU shoes available in extended sizes (5, 11, 12, 13, etc.)?
- The YRU Team is always working to expand our size range. Some select items are available in extended ranges, although they sell out quickly. 

Where are YRU shoes made/shipped from?

- Our shoes are created and designed in California, USA. They are then manufactured in China. We then ship them from our warehouse in California, USA. 

YRU SHOES are sold by select retailers in the US and around the world,  and on our website. Please feel free to email us if you would like a list of official YRU retailers. We see that certain websites and manufacturers (outside of the USA) are selling copy YRU shoes, but know that YRU SHOES are not created, designed, or developed by anyone, but us.
