Shipping, Return, Exchange

SHIPPING NOTE: Please note that our warehouse order processing and handling time is 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday). This is our standard time frame and does not include transit time. During this time, our warehouse is working closer to the 7-day mark for processing and handling, due to the current restrictions. At times there may be a couple of days delay due to the current circumstances.

Please e-mail with any concern and or inquiry regarding your order. Our goal is to respond within 24-48 hours, if not sooner. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual time.


Sale Items: All sale items are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. 

Our products purchased from other retailers: YRU is NOT responsible for any damages/defects on shoes that were not bought directly from our website. Please contact the retailer the product was purchased from.

Discount Codes: We are unable to make any price adjustments or modifications to existing orders. We are unable to cancel orders or manually add discount codes after purchase. Please be sure to review your order thoroughly before clicking submit and or confirming your purchase. This information is also stated in the terms within our promotional emails that include our discount codes.

Also note the following:

  • Sale codes cannot be combined with other offers
  • Sale codes are not stackable
  • One discount code per order
  • While supplies last



  • All orders are subject to 5-7 business day processing and handling time.  This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on YRU order fluctuation. 
  • YRU business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST.
  • The time frame stated on the shipping page is the estimated "transportation" time from the YRU warehouse to the order shipping address. This time frame is not calculated by YRU, but is estimated from the shipping transporter (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). YRU cannot and will not guarantee any shipping and handling time frame estimates.
  • YRU is not responsible for any theft or damages once the package is delivered.

Return/Exchange for Domestic (U.S.) Orders:

  • Customers are able to return items within 15 days from when the order was received. After 15 days, a purchase/return is no longer eligible for a refund and or exchange.
  • Please include a note inside of the box / package with your 5 digit order number, reason for return and or request so that our warehouse can process this as quickly as possible for you.
  • Shoes must be clean and unworn. If the shoes are worn/dirty, we will refuse the exchange/refund and return them back to you.
  • Shoes must be in original shoe box, shoe box must be in a shipping bag or shipping box for return. Please do not add any stickers on our YRU shoe box.
  • Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied.
  • Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a $25 restocking fee.
  • YRU is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. 
  • Clothing and accessories do not qualify for return.

  • Once YRU receives a customer's package, their refund will be processed within 7 business days. The customer will be notified via the same email  used to purchase the order.
  • Please note that the customer's banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to the customer's account once they have received the information. (Typically 3-5 business days).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS.


  • All international sales are final. Please also note YRU is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that apply to any orders, lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages. If the package is not claimed and is sent back to YRU, YRU will not refund the shipping and the customer will be charged shipping again if re-shipped. All international orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS. 
  • All International Orders are FINAL SALE.



Is it possible for me to change or cancel my order?

  • Once your order has been confirmed in our system, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for order processing. Due to this, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been submitted in our system.
